Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the eggs and milk until smooth and slightly frothy.
- Mix in the crumbled sausage, cheddar cheese, bell pepper, spinach, salt, and pepper.
- Prepare your muffin tin by greasing it with cooking spray or oil.
- Fill each muffin cup about 3/4 full with the egg mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the muffins are set and golden on top.
- Cool for a few minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
