- 4 chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar

- 2 green onions, chopped

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl.
- Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish and pour the marinade over them.
- Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes (or overnight for better flavor).
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake the chicken for about 25-30 minutes, or until fully cooked and the juices run clear.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
For deeper flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. Add red pepper flakes for heat. You can use skinless chicken thighs or breasts for a lighter version.
