- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pound lobster meat, chopped
- 4 cups seafood sauce
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink. Add lobster meat and sauté for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, mix ricotta cheese, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of seafood sauce on the bottom. Layer with lasagna noodles, half the ricotta mixture, half the seafood, and more sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles and sauce on top.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve. Enjoy your luxurious seafood lasagna!
Notes
Make sure to not overcook the seafood in the skillet as it will continue to cook while baking. Let the lasagna cool for a few minutes before slicing to help it hold its shape. You can use frozen seafood if fresh is not available; just ensure it is fully thawed before cooking.
