- 4 cups Brussels sprouts, finely shredded
- 1 cup hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Finely shred the Brussels sprouts using a knife or a food processor.
- Toast hazelnuts in a pan over medium heat until golden brown, then cool and chop roughly.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded Brussels sprouts, toasted hazelnuts, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Toss everything together until the sprouts are well coated.
- If desired, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
