A quick and easy family favorite featuring tender meatballs and a rich gravy, perfect over mashed potatoes or rice.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet of onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in size.
- Place the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- In a separate bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and beef broth. Mix well and pour over the meatballs in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes, or on high for 240 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Once finished, serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
For extra flavor, add garlic powder or herbs like thyme to the meat mixture. For a thicker gravy, mix a tablespoon of cornstarch with water and stir it in during the last 30 minutes of cooking.
