- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for an extra kick)
Instructions
- Mix the salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
- Rub this seasoning mix over the beef brisket until it is well coated.
- Place the brisket in the slow cooker.
- Pour the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the brisket.
- Add the barbecue sauce on top, covering the brisket evenly.
- Set the slow cooker on low and cook for 480-600 minutes or until the brisket is tender.
- Once cooked, remove the brisket from the slow cooker and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice it against the grain and serve with your favorite sides.
Notes
