Description

Delicious quesadillas filled with seasoned beef, melted cheese, and veggies, delivering a hearty meal in every crunchy bite.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 flour tortillas
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet and oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, onions, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
  3. Set the beef mixture aside once fully cooked.
  4. Assemble one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with half the cheese.
  5. Add the beef mixture and diced tomatoes over the cheese.
  6. Create a cheese barrier with remaining cheese and top with the second tortilla.
  7. Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side until crispy.
  8. Remove from heat and let admire.
  9. Serve hot, cut into wedges.
