- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat a skillet and oil over medium heat.
- Add the ground beef, onions, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper; cook until browned.
- Set the beef mixture aside once fully cooked.
- Assemble one tortilla in the skillet, sprinkle with half the cheese.
- Add the beef mixture and diced tomatoes over the cheese.
- Create a cheese barrier with remaining cheese and top with the second tortilla.
- Cook until golden, flip, and cook the other side until crispy.
- Remove from heat and let admire.
- Serve hot, cut into wedges.
