Description

A delightful cross between a classic cobbler and a beloved cookie, this Snickerdoodle Cobbler combines warm flavors and comfort in every bite.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup diced apples (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Add the melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract to the dry mixture, stirring until combined.
  4. Fold in the diced apples if using.
