Instructions
- Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit until frothy.
- Add the sourdough starter, olive oil, and salt to the mixture.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise until doubled, about 1-2 hours.
- Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
- Cover and let it rise again for about 30-60 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
