- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

- Juice of 1 lime
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic, sauté until fragrant and onion is translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the diced tomatoes, broth, and pasta.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the pasta is cooked al dente.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with a squeeze of lime and a sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top.
