Description

Sopa de Conchas is a comforting shell pasta soup made with tomatoes, broth, and aromatic ingredients, perfect for a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup conchita pasta (shell pasta)
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
