Ingredients

  • 350ml water
  • 100g sourdough starter
  • 10g salt
  • Olive oil
  • Toppings (e.g., rosemary, sea salt, cherry tomatoes)

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour, water, sourdough starter, and salt until a dough forms.
  2. Cover and let it rest for about 480-720 minutes at room temperature.
  3. Pour the dough into an oiled baking sheet.
  4. Create deep dimples in the dough using your fingers.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and add your desired toppings.
  6. Let it rest for another 60-120 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 220°C (430°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.

Notes
