Description

A fun and creative way to enjoy spaghetti and garlic bread in one delicious dish, perfect for cozy dinners and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz Spaghetti (Cook according to package instructions.)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (Minced.)
  • 4 rolls Crusty bread rolls (Choose ciabatta or baguette.)
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (Mozzarella or your choice.)
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil (For sautéing garlic.)
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Fresh parsley (For garnish.)

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Then, mix in the cooked spaghetti, salt, and pepper. Stir well, and add the shredded cheese until melted and combined.
  3. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the top off each bread roll and hollow out the insides. Fill each bread bowl with the spaghetti mixture.
  4. Place the filled bread bowls on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the bread is toasted and golden. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Make sure not to overcook the spaghetti; it should be al dente to avoid mushy noodles in the bread. Feel free to add other ingredients like cooked meat or vegetables for more flavor.
