Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season your chicken breasts with paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken in buttermilk.
- Dredge the buttermilk-dipped chicken in breadcrumbs.
- Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Whisk together the mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, and lemon juice.
- Assemble the sandwiches with toasted buns, lettuce, tomato, and chicken, drizzled with the sauce.
Notes
