- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the russet potatoes into thin fries or wedges.
- Toss the cut fries with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Mix together paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper in a separate bowl.
- Sprinkle the seasoning mix over the fries and toss until all fries are coated.
- Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra crispiness, soak the cut potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust the spice level according to your taste.
