Description

A delicious and quick meal that packs a punch of flavors, perfect for lunch or dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 piece avocado, sliced
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Sour cream or salsa (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Slice the grilled chicken breasts and toss them in the spice mixture until well coated.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and place shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and the spiced chicken mixture in the center.
  4. Add sliced avocado on top. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese and your choice of sour cream or salsa.
  5. Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
  6. Cut the wraps in half and place them on a plate for serving.

Notes

For extra heat, add jalapeño slices or a dash of hot sauce. Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
