- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 pieces grilled chicken breasts
- 1 piece avocado, sliced
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Sour cream or salsa (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Mix the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Slice the grilled chicken breasts and toss them in the spice mixture until well coated.
- Lay out each tortilla and place shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and the spiced chicken mixture in the center.
- Add sliced avocado on top. If using, sprinkle shredded cheese and your choice of sour cream or salsa.
- Roll the tortilla tightly to enclose the filling.
- Cut the wraps in half and place them on a plate for serving.
Notes
For extra heat, add jalapeño slices or a dash of hot sauce. Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option.
