Instructions

  1. Combine the spring fruits, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently until the fruit breaks down and the mixture thickens, about 15-20 minutes.
  3. If using, stir in the pectin and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
