Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the granulated sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually add this to the creamed mixture.
- Divide the dough into portions and mix in different food coloring to create pastel colors.
- Roll the dough into balls, then roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the cookies on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool before serving.
