Description

Delicious and quick Steak & Cheese Quesadillas filled with gooey cheese, tender steak, and fresh veggies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g steak (thinly sliced)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 tortillas
  • ½ onion (sliced)
  • ½ bell pepper (sliced)
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Sauté steak, onion & pepper in a skillet until tender.
  2. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese & steak mix on one half.
  3. Fold the tortilla and cook until golden on both sides.
  4. Slice, garnish with cilantro & enjoy!

Notes

Serve hot with sides like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. Great for sharing with family and friends.
