Ingredients

- 200g steak (thinly sliced)
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 tortillas
- ½ onion (sliced)
- ½ bell pepper (sliced)
- Fresh cilantro
Instructions
- Sauté steak, onion & pepper in a skillet until tender.
- Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese & steak mix on one half.
- Fold the tortilla and cook until golden on both sides.
- Slice, garnish with cilantro & enjoy!

Serve hot with sides like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole. Great for sharing with family and friends.
