Description

A simple yet delightful dish of sticky chicken noodles, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 200g noodles of your choice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re perfectly al dente, drain them and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
  3. Add the diced chicken breasts to the pan and season with black pepper. Cook until the chicken is beautifully browned.
  4. Stir in the soy sauce and honey until the chicken becomes coated in a glossy, sticky sauce.
  5. Toss the cooked noodles in the pan with the chicken and sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with a side of steamed veggies or a simple cucumber salad. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
