- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 200g noodles of your choice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Once they’re perfectly al dente, drain them and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add in the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant.
- Add the diced chicken breasts to the pan and season with black pepper. Cook until the chicken is beautifully browned.
- Stir in the soy sauce and honey until the chicken becomes coated in a glossy, sticky sauce.
- Toss the cooked noodles in the pan with the chicken and sauce. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve with a side of steamed veggies or a simple cucumber salad. If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
