Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 8 oz noodles (e.g., egg noodles or rice noodles)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Mix together soy sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a bowl. Add this sauce to the pan.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix until well coated in the sauce.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and add chopped green onions before serving.
