Description

A delightful dessert that combines the sweet flavors of bananas and strawberries with a creamy cheesecake twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until it thickens.
  2. Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fold the pudding mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Layer graham crackers, banana slices, and the cream mixture in a serving dish.
  5. Add a layer of strawberries and repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
  6. Top with whipped cream and additional fruit if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes before serving.
