Description

Delightful bite-sized treats that combine creamy cheesecake and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup crushed fresh strawberries
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • Sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries.
  8. Chill again until the chocolate sets, then serve.

Notes

Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
