- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 cup crushed fresh strawberries
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Stir in graham cracker crumbs, crushed strawberries, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to make it easier to handle.
- Once chilled, scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Decorate with sprinkles or additional crushed strawberries.
- Chill again until the chocolate sets, then serve.
Notes
Store truffles in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
