Description

An interactive and visually stunning Mediterranean Burrata Board featuring creamy burrata, marinated olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and roasted red peppers.


Ingredients

  • 23 balls fresh burrata cheese
  • 1 cup marinated olives (Kalamata, Castelvetrano, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil (drained)
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced

Instructions

  1. Select a large board or platter to arrange your ingredients.
  2. Place the burrata cheese in the center of the board.
  3. Arrange the marinated olives in a bowl or directly on the board around the burrata.
  4. Scatter the sun-dried tomatoes and sliced roasted red peppers around the board.
  5. Drizzle some olive oil over the burrata and tomatoes for extra flavor.
  6. Add some fresh herbs, like basil or parsley, for a pop of color and freshness.
