- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

- 1 cup white chocolate, melted

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
- Top with sliced strawberries.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
