Description

A delightful dessert combining creamy white chocolate and fresh strawberries, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup white chocolate, melted
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  5. Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  6. Add the melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  7. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold the whipped cream gently into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  9. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, smoothing the top.
  10. Top with sliced strawberries.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  12. Serve chilled and enjoy!
