Description

Delicious and healthy snack or appetizer wrapped in crispy phyllo dough, filled with cheese, spinach, and sun-dried tomatoes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup phyllo dough
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix together ricotta, feta, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, olive oil, and beaten egg in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Layer several sheets of phyllo dough on a clean surface, brushing each layer with olive oil.
  4. Cut the layered phyllo into squares or rectangles.
  5. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center of each piece, fold the dough over to enclose the filling, and seal the edges.
  6. Arrange the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and flaky.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
