Description

A refreshing drink that combines the sweetness of mango with creamy yogurt, perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks (or fresh mango with added ice)
  • 1 cup Plain Yogurt (coconut or almond yogurt for dairy-free)
  • ½ cup Milk (any plant-based milk for vegan option)
  • 2 tablespoons Honey or Sugar (adjust based on mango ripeness)
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Cardamom (optional)
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • as needed Ice Cubes (optional for extra chill)

Instructions

  1. Start by adding the frozen mango chunks to a blender.
  2. Pour in the plain yogurt and milk.
  3. Add honey or sugar to sweeten it to your taste.
  4. If using, sprinkle in the ground cardamom and vanilla extract.
  5. Blend all ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
  6. Taste the lassi and adjust sweetness if needed.
  7. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt or strain regular yogurt before blending. Experiment with spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
