- 2 cups Frozen Mango Chunks (or fresh mango with added ice)
- 1 cup Plain Yogurt (coconut or almond yogurt for dairy-free)
- ½ cup Milk (any plant-based milk for vegan option)
- 2 tablespoons Honey or Sugar (adjust based on mango ripeness)
- ½ teaspoon Ground Cardamom (optional)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Extract (optional)
- as needed Ice Cubes (optional for extra chill)
Instructions
- Start by adding the frozen mango chunks to a blender.
- Pour in the plain yogurt and milk.
- Add honey or sugar to sweeten it to your taste.
- If using, sprinkle in the ground cardamom and vanilla extract.
- Blend all ingredients until smooth. If you prefer a colder drink, add ice cubes and blend again.
- Taste the lassi and adjust sweetness if needed.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
For a thicker consistency, use Greek yogurt or strain regular yogurt before blending. Experiment with spices like cinnamon or nutmeg for extra flavor.
