- 1 tablespoon Honey (preferably local)
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
Instructions
- Start by preparing your vegetables. Shred the green cabbage, grate the carrots, chop the dill pickles, and slice the red onion.
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, grated carrots, chopped dill pickles, and sliced red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Sriracha sauce, honey, and apple cider vinegar. Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the dressing over the vegetable mixture and toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
- Cover the bowl and let it chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. This will allow the flavors to meld together.
Notes
