Description

A delightful blend of sweet and spicy flavors, this easy-to-make Thai chicken dish is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
  5. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Serve hot over rice or noodles, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

For added flavor, marinate chicken in sauce for 30 minutes. Adjust spice levels by modifying sriracha.
