- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Mix together soy sauce, honey, sriracha, lime juice, minced garlic, and ginger in a bowl.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sliced chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, and garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.
