- 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts or thighs and brown them for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated well.
- Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve hot with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
