Description

A delightful dish combining sweet and spicy flavors, perfect for family dinners or impressing guests.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Hot Sauce
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley, to garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix honey, hot sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken breasts or thighs and brown them for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  4. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated well.
  5. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese on top of the chicken.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve hot with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad. Leftover chicken can be stored in an airtight container for 3-4 days.
