Instructions
- Sauté the seasoned meat in a skillet with taco seasoning according to package instructions.
- Coat the seasoned meat with ranch dressing in a mixing bowl and mix until well coated.
- Assemble bites by placing a spoonful of meat mixture onto each mini tortilla or chip.
- Sprinkle each loaded tortilla or chip with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
