Instructions
- Cut the thawed angel food cake into 1.5-inch cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-low heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the cake cubes in batches until golden brown, turning gently with a slotted spoon.
- Drain on paper towels and toss in a mixture of granulated sugar and cinnamon while warm.
- Mix powdered sugar with milk to desired consistency and drizzle over churro bites, if using.
