Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, diced tomatoes, green onions, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined and creamy.
- Spread the mixture into a baking dish in an even layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicier kick, use pepper jack cheese or spicy salsa. This dip can also be prepared a day in advance.
