Description

A cheesy, savory dip perfect for gatherings and game days, served warm with tortilla chips.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the refried beans, cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, salsa, diced tomatoes, green onions, and taco seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  3. Mix until well combined and creamy.
  4. Spread the mixture into a baking dish in an even layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and golden.
  6. Serve warm with tortilla chips.

Notes

For a spicier kick, use pepper jack cheese or spicy salsa. This dip can also be prepared a day in advance.
