Description

Delicious Thai Basil Beef Rolls filled with flavorful ground beef and fresh Thai basil wrapped in rice paper.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Rice paper wrappers
  • Vegetables for crunch (e.g., shredded carrots, cucumber)
  • Optional: Chili sauce for serving

Instructions

  1. Sauté the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  2. Add the soy sauce, fish sauce, and sesame oil to the beef mixture.
  3. Cool the beef mixture slightly before using.
  4. Prepare the rice paper wrappers according to package instructions.
  5. Assemble the rolls by placing beef mixture and basil on the wrappers.
  6. Roll the wrappers tightly, folding in the sides.
