Description

A nutritious and easy-to-make frittata perfect for introducing healthy foods to babies.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup zucchini, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or butter for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, grated zucchini, salt, and pepper.
  4. Heat olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  5. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly browned on top.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before slicing into small pieces for baby.
