Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup zucchini, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil or butter for cooking
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together eggs and milk in a bowl.
- Stir in the chopped spinach, diced bell pepper, grated zucchini, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil or butter in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the edges start to set, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is fully set and lightly browned on top.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing into small pieces for baby.
