Ingredients

  • Bratwurst
  • Soft pretzels
  • Potatoes
  • Sauerkraut
  • Schnitzel
  • Beer cheese
  • Apples
  • Flour
  • Yeast
  • Salt
  • Butter

Instructions

  1. Grill or pan-fry bratwurst until cooked through.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water for soft pretzels; shape, boil in baking soda water, and bake until golden.
  3. Boil potatoes, chop, and mix with vinegar, mustard, onions, and herbs for potato salad.
  4. Cook sauerkraut on the stovetop until warm.
  5. Bread and pan-fry pork or chicken cutlets until crispy for schnitzel.
  6. Make beer cheese dip by melting cheese with beer and seasonings.
  7. Slice apples and mix with sugar and cinnamon, then bake in a pie or crisp.
