Instructions
- Cook the turkey breast until fully cooked, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Let it cool, then slice it.
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves, choosing the outer leaves that are strong enough.
- Spread a little mayonnaise on each lettuce leaf.
- Add slices of turkey, avocado, diced tomato, and optional shredded cheese.
- Season with salt, pepper, and any other garnishes like diced onions or jalapeños.
- Roll up the lettuce leaf to create your wrap.
