- 2 naan flatbreads
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
- 1/2 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the naan flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Spread a generous layer of tzatziki sauce on each naan.
- Distribute the cooked chicken evenly over the sauce.
- Top with diced cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh dill or parsley.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
Use store-bought tzatziki for convenience or make your own. Feel free to swap in any vegetables you have at home.
