Description

A warm bowl of Udon Noodles with savory sauces and fresh garnishes that brings comfort and flavor to your dining experience.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 200g Udon noodles
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a pan and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss with soy sauce and sriracha sauce to taste.
  4. Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your heat preference. Use the freshest ingredients for maximum flavor.
