- 200g Udon noodles
- 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 Green onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil over medium heat in a pan and add minced garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Add the cooked udon noodles to the pan and toss with soy sauce and sriracha sauce to taste.
- Cook for another 2 minutes until heated through.
- Serve in bowls and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
Adjust the amount of sriracha based on your heat preference. Use the freshest ingredients for maximum flavor.
