- 1/2 cup tahini sauce or yogurt sauce

Instructions
- Mix olive oil, cumin, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Add chicken slices to the marinade and let sit for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.
- Assemble the bowls by placing cooked rice or quinoa at the bottom.
- Add cooked chicken on top and layer with chopped vegetables.
- Drizzle with tahini sauce or yogurt sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.
