- 1 cup orzo pasta

Instructions
- Prepare the chicken by heating olive oil in a large pot, adding diced chicken, and seasoning it. Sauté until golden brown, then remove.
- Sauté the vegetables in the same pot for 2-3 minutes until soft and fragrant.
- Combine the orzo pasta and toast it slightly with the vegetables for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Create the sauce by stirring in heavy cream and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Return the chicken to the pot and combine with the orzo, letting flavors meld for a few more minutes.
- Final touch: Adjust seasoning and garnish with parsley.
