Description

A nutritious and visually appealing frittata packed with vitamins, perfect for babies and toddlers.


Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, diced
  • 1/4 cup zucchini, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Heat a little olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for 3-4 minutes until soft.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the veggies in the skillet.
  5. Cook for a few minutes until the edges start setting, then transfer the skillet to the oven.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the frittata is set and slightly golden.
  7. Let it cool, then cut into small pieces for your baby to enjoy.
