- 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
- Add marinara sauce and Italian herbs to the skillet with the beef, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the cooked rotini pasta and Velveeta cheese until melted and well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
