Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain the excess fat.
  3. Add marinara sauce and Italian herbs to the skillet with the beef, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in the cooked rotini pasta and Velveeta cheese until melted and well combined.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
