- 4 slices of bread
- 2 cups cooked turkey, sliced
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 1 cup Mornay sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (such as Gruyère or Swiss)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Layer the toasted bread in a baking dish, then add sliced turkey on top of each slice.
- Drizzle Mornay sauce over the turkey and top with crispy bacon.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the entire dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
