- 1 tablespoon Orange Sanding Sugar

Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
- Mix the cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
- Combine the melted white chocolate, orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, and salt; mix well.
- Add the powdered sugar gradually, mixing until smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about one hour until firm.
- Shape small portions of the mixture into balls.
- Coat each ball in melted white chocolate, shaking off excess.
- Finish with orange sanding sugar while the chocolate is still wet.
- Set the truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet until chocolate hardens.
