Description

Ingredients

  • 34 large russet potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Cut the russet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle this mixture over the wedges along with the parmesan cheese, and toss again.
  4. Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and tender.
