- 3–4 large russet potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking sheet.
- Cut the russet potatoes into wedges and place them in a mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil until evenly coated.
- In a separate bowl, mix the salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle this mixture over the wedges along with the parmesan cheese, and toss again.
- Arrange the seasoned wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet, skin-side down.
- Bake for 25-35 minutes until golden brown and tender.
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
