Description

A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring salmon with a spicy and creamy bang bang sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey (if desired), along with rice vinegar or lime juice until smooth.
  4. Serve the cooked salmon topped with the bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Notes

Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
