A delicious and easy-to-make dish featuring salmon with a spicy and creamy bang bang sauce.
Ingredients

- 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season both sides with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey (if desired), along with rice vinegar or lime juice until smooth.
- Serve the cooked salmon topped with the bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.

Adjust sriracha for desired spice level.
