- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon hazelnut chocolate spread or mini chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Add the wet ingredients—milk and vegetable oil—and mix until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a microwave-safe mug (14 ounces) and leave room for rising.
- Add chocolate spread or mini chocolate chips in the center without pushing them down.
- Microwave on high for 70 seconds (adjust as needed based on your microwave).
- Carefully remove from the microwave and enjoy!
