Instructions
- Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat and add olive oil.
- Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
- Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the griddle.
- Add the diced chicken to the griddle, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken and stir to combine.
- Add the crispy bacon back to the pan and mix well.
