Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, diced
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish
  • Optional: favorite sides for serving

Instructions

  1. Heat the Blackstone griddle over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until crispy.
  3. Remove the bacon and set aside, leaving the drippings in the griddle.
  4. Add the diced chicken to the griddle, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  5. Sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken and stir to combine.
  6. Add the crispy bacon back to the pan and mix well.
  7. Cook for another minute until everything is heated through.
