Delicious and easy-to-make Buffalo Chicken Crescent Rolls, perfect for snacks, appetizers, or family dinners.

- 1 cup cooked, shredded chicken
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon ranch dressing
- 1 tube (8-count) refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the crescent roll dough package instructions.
- Mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and ranch dressing until well combined.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up the dough from the wide end to the point to form crescent shapes.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with blue cheese crumbles if using.
- Bake in the preheated oven for the time recommended on the crescent roll package, or until golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with additional ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can be customized with different proteins or cheeses.
