Description

Irresistible sliders packed with tender chicken, creamy cheese, and flavorful bacon, perfect for any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
  • 12-count package of Hawaiian rolls
  • ¼ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese until well blended.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves and place the tops back on.
  5. Brush melted butter over the tops and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.

Notes

Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. For a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeños or hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
