- 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
- 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1½ cups shredded cheddar or Colby Jack cheese
- 12-count package of Hawaiian rolls
- ¼ cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with foil.
- Combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, ranch seasoning, chopped bacon, and shredded cheese until well blended.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves and place the tops back on.
- Brush melted butter over the tops and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serve warm.
Notes
Use leftover chicken or rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation. For a spicy kick, consider adding jalapeños or hot sauce to the chicken mixture.
